The WRS (BE)

The WRS
Formed in 2018 in Charleroi, The WRS is a raw energy garage/psychedelic power trio, fueled by fuzzy guitars, a DIY aesthetic and a strong taste for sonic trances.

After a first live LP in 2020 and a second, more accomplished album in 2022 (Capicúa), the group has managed to impose its style on the European psychedelic scene, with the support of labels such as Rockerill Records, Le Cèpe Records, Gazer Tapes or even Salty Dog Records (Australia).

In October 2025, The WRS returns with "Zenith Drift," their third studio album, denser and bolder. The record explores new sonic territories, blending their visceral fuzz with krautrock influences: repetitive rhythms, hypnotic soundscapes, and progressive structures enrich their palette.

With this deliberate shift, The WRS begins a new era, faithful to its psychedelic roots while venturing towards more cosmic and kraut horizons.
