MISS TETANUS
Miss Tetanos announces the release of their new album "Messstation" on December 5th via Rockerill Records. Hailing from Charleroi, the duo has always drawn inspiration from the redemptive power of rust. Miss Tetanos releases a 7-track vinyl (their fourth). It's an alloy of theremins, synthesizers, and otherworldly vocals combined with post-industrial beats. The band revels in mystery, dark and abrasive atmospheres, and the reverberation of steel cathedrals. Their new opus, "Messstation," falls squarely within the realm of dark and chaotic electronica, oscillating between Krautrock, EBM, and Dark Wave. The cover artwork, created in collaboration with German illustrator "Holob," aka Markus Färber, transports us directly to the heart of their psychedelic imagination.

Album Ssim Sonatet III (2021)

"The construction of the pyramids remains a mystery to most, as does the origin of Miss Tetanos, a trio of hot-blooded reptilian metallurgists using the electromagnetic waves of their 6th sense to carry out a new spellbinding session for disembodied humanoids in search of sensations of ultimate symbiosis with a post-industrial world that eludes them.

SSIM SONATET III has all the trappings of an emotional rollercoaster, with its system of malevolent pulleys and well-oiled gears that plunges into the telluric bowels of molten metal rivers, where the mechanical vibration of the fluids allows the formation of a pharaonic Black Wave, one that never recedes.

MISS TETANOS / Album (2017)
“Don’t Drink So Much Than Nostradamus”

What can make a factory sway? This essential question had previously only elicited ludicrous answers, even obscene mockery. Miss Tetanos finally brings the redemptive illumination: that of power made music, of melody transformed into telluric force. Beat. Electro. Krautrock. Carolowave. It's dark and somber. It unfolds like a night just beginning, poised between the hope of immediate takeoff and the trembling promise of pleasures to come. "136 Hidalgo" lays the groundwork for an epic tale, giving voice to the industrial echoes of a supercharged Kraftwerk. Indeed, the finest krautrock stands out as a benchmark. Miss Tetanos isn't afraid of comparisons; she embraces them. The electronics become raw, offering obscure reflections inspired by a dark wave that smells of redeeming rust and the sweat of burning skin. Already, the factory is trembling. As the tracks progress, the trembling becomes insistent, imprinting an increasingly pronounced rhythm. "Averemissé," "Possession Brew," side A is carried by Sri.Fa's haunting sounds while Stephen O'Maltine electrifies his percussion. It's driving. The impulses are as organic as they are metallic. Miss Tetanos's theremin soars above it all, like a freedom expressed in waves, like a madness born from the deranged mind of a lab technician with fly-like eyes, like a distorted logo depicting the killing of an innocent bird by a smoking female silhouette. But the best is yet to come. "Der Leiermann" opens side B like the electric arc of a metallurgical furnace crackling. The head. The torso. The limbs. Ultimate fusion. The body becomes the factory. The factory becomes the body. It sways. It sways. For more than 10 minutes. And while Miss Tetanos closes her second album with "Don't drink so much than Nostradamus," which is supposed to make us believe we were dreaming under the influence of alcohol, don't be fooled. The factory truly swayed. Beneath your trance-like feet, it became flesh in a continuous flow, animated by electronic spasms.

Album (2013)
The great return of the undisputed masters of Samurai sauce, and the famous gang from Carolos knows what they're talking about and knows the recipe well.

A cone of fries, a Trappist beer against a backdrop of grey-chocolate-blue-pale sky and an old rusty pipeline above the head, the ideal panorama to invoke the prophetic dream of a longitudinal trance, the subtle spirit of fire, the one that gently slides towards EBM and industrial to end in a village festival for Barakis soaked in Jup'.

Another mouth-watering name for music you can dance to standing up, sitting on your head, legs spread wide, a whirlwind of action at cruising speed, approximately 140 bpm. (Electric Junk)
