Spagguetta Orghasmmond / Le Prince Harry - Money Is All I Need / This Is Rock'N'Roll

A true UFO (unidentified phonographic object), the split 7” by SPAGGUETTA ORGHASMMOND and LE PRINCE HARRY is a surreal (and linguistically transboundary) homage to the pioneers of Belgian "1-2-3-4", THE KIDS.

Except for the spirit, there is no punk rock on this record but, for PRINCE HARRY, a cover of “Money is all I need” which draws its inspiration from the deep roots of traditional Belgian music: new beat.

Face SPAGGUETTA ORGHASMMOND, we are rather on three survivors of a mariachi orchestra who, after leaving Fuse, would have traded their Place du Jeu de Balle guitars for a Casio synth, electronic bongos and an Italo-boxing crooner, they chose “This Is Rock And Roll”.

For the gift wrap, who better than the most Belgian of illustrators, ELZO DURT, to sign a pop and liquid cover in the image of the improbable content of the record?

The insert was entrusted to RÉMY RADOR, the prince of B-movie graphics.

Recorded in studio Dio in Celles and in an igloo in Sweden. Fall 2021.
