About SOLAR SKELETONS :
Solar Skeletons is a duet consisting of TZII and RIPIT, formed in january 2006, to achieve their longtime collaboration and establishing therefore a conceptual band with no limit of genre nor process. Since then, the duet has recorded several anthems ranging from psychedelic dub to heavy booty bass, from dark acid techno to distorted electro punk, from decadent blues to drilling black metal, from power electronic to sinking drone, and perfromed many slows in several countries in Europe and USA. About Tzii :
Since over a decade Tzii spread his magickal corrosive frequencies all over the world through touring from eastern and western europe to Australia, passing by USA, Canada, Japan and Africa, where he played hundreds of shows..… Spreading cinematic dark ambient and raw power electronic anger, his aim is to enclose you into a abusive spiral leading you to an impossible redemption. He’s a member of the V-ATAK collective/dvd label, a crew raping with no limits your eyes and ears in multimedias festivals worldwide, and also a close collaborator of Radon Collective (director of the next Sikhara DVD). He’s part of some other projects like SOLAR SKELETONS (audio duo with Ripit), LIFESTEAK (an audio/video duo with RKO), CINEMASSAKER (audio/video band with the entire v-atak crew), TRANSIT (With RKO), HATHOR KYRIARHIA (audio duo with Najah), PAROXYSM OF ANXIETY (audio duo with Lost Forgotten)...etc...
About Ripit :
Nyko Esterle started his musical activities in 1994, playing guitar in a nameless Black Metal 2 pieces band alongside Yov Moor (Antaeus, Sublime Cadaveric Decomposition). After a short non productive period, he came back in early 1998 with his all electronic project RIPIT (and also various sub-projects as digital black ritual noise Omnivorus, total shit noise core Autoskato, digital grind Orgiak, improvisation noise ensemble ARME and few others) releasing tons of tapes and CDr in the home-tapers international scene. Since then he performed over 300 shows in Europe and North America in different bands and solo and have his name on over 100 record covers (as musician or ingeneer). He took parts in different bands/project such as SIKHARA (the international tribal band), BLACK ELF SPEAKS (stoner rock opera side projects of The Usaisamonster), DESECRATOR (buldo grind kings of Paris), PETRIFIED (digital brutal death one man band). He’s now mostly playing in SOLAR SKELETONS (with Tzii), FUJAKO (with HHY and numerous MC’s, on Wordsound Digital), EXTERN YKON, CINEMASSAKER (www.v-atak.com) and the European RADON ENSEMBLE backing STEVE MACKAY (Sax player for the Stooges and Violent Femmes). Beside his musical projects, Nyko Esterle is also a sound ingeneer, running the Silent Block Studio in Brussels, he also worked in mastering studios and as a live sound man for belgian bands such as Parade Ground, Raxinasky, Duflan Duflan and others.
